RETURN POLICY
What if my order arrives broken?
In the unlikely event of our order arriving damaged please email us at
nostalgiksceramics@gmail.com with pictures of the piece. Once we have received your email, we will get back to you to replace the piece or give a store credit, we do not offer refunds. We will only replace broken pieces if there is evidence.
Do you accept returns for change of mind or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

SHIPPING POLICY
How do you pack the pieces to ensure they arrive safe?
We take our time to pack every piece with care, we wrap it to ensure safety, put it tight in a box, and put a "FRAGILE" label on it to ensure it is handled with care.

MISSING OR STOLEN ITEMS POLICY
We are not responsible for any stolen or missing packages. The person must contact the mail carrier company or the authorities to resolve the matter. Noztalgiks is not responsable once the package has left its premises.
